Training IS the problem!!!

“people are the strongest link; they’re what make your organisation thrive” – This is an NCSC statement, and in my opinion, it is right on the money.

The training video plays, we try hard to watch it, and then the phone goes, we check that, answer that message, see that the video has finished, click next, and there is a question…A brief air of concern sets in, wondering what to do next, and not give away that the video didn’t really get watched at all, and then we notice that our colleague is also going through the same process…..”Ere, mate, what’s the answer to this one?”
